Rjbet Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the rjbet platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding with registration.
These terms are effective from 2026. rjbet reserves the right to update this document from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the rjbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG eWallet, and other local payment options available at any given time.
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a short timeframe depending on the chosen method. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. rjbet is not liable for any delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.
For withdrawals, funds will only be transferred to the same payment method or under the same name as the registered account. rjbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take several business days in certain cases.
Any taxes, duties, or charges levied by a bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility. rjbet does not bear any third-party banking charges related to user transactions.

Suspension, Account Closure and Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure
Rjbet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of the terms of use, suspected fraud, multiple account usage, or any unlawful activity. Such decisions are final and rjbet is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for each suspension.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms may not be eligible to re-register. Any valid balance in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be returned once the investigation and verification process has been completed.
Platform Limitation of Liability
Rjbet provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including betting losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control.
Rjbet's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit made within thirty (30) days prior to the claim being submitted. This limit applies to the extent permitted under Malaysian law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rjbet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and rjbet. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree that any legal action must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the event giving rise to the claim.
